Daniel Grealy
Director and Founder
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
Dan is a co-founder and an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, having worked in the industry since 2009. Dan’s varied experience primarily focuses on building surveying and project management. Before starting Insight Surveyors with Tom, he was a Director of a London-based Chartered Surveying practice. Dan has represented landlords and tenants in dilapidation matters, managing a variety of commercial and residential projects. Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his family, live music and sport – he’s a fan of football and rugby.
Tom Saunders
Director and Founder
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
As a co-founder and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor, Tom has worked in the industry since 2013. Tom’s varied knowledge covers all aspects of building surveying and project management. Starting his career within the public sector, he went on to serve private clients, and has a client service led approach. Tom specialises in residential aspects of defect analysis, maintenance and improvements. He enjoys the variety of his work, people and places – no day is the same. Outside of work, Tom enjoys golf, walking, skiing and family days out.
Graham Biggerstaff
Building Surveyor
Graham is an experienced Building Surveyor with over two decades of construction industry expertise. Graham holds a first-class degree in Building Surveying, along with an Advanced Craft Level Carpentry and Joinery qualification. Over the years, he’s worked on a wide range of projects, from residential to award-winning commercial fit outs. Before joining Insight Surveyors, Graham worked for a local authority, delivering a range of major and minor programmed works. His client and contractor experience ensures he can work constructively and collaboratively with a wide range of project stakeholders across every sector.
Grace Slade
Office Manager
Grace has been working within similar roles since 2010 so brings years of experience to her role as Office Manager and is passionate about delivering the very best client experience. Grace has developed her organisational and management skills through careers in banking and hospitality management, and she’s always looking for ways to make things even better. Grace is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and takes a well-being focused approach in everything she does. The thing she enjoys most about her role is supporting her colleagues; enabling them to be at their best. Outside of work Grace loves to spend time with her husband, children, and dogs. To relax she enjoys music, crafting, reading, and developing herself through studies.
