Project Description
Preparation of a schedule of dilapidations on a four-storey building with basement.
The inspection and preparation of a terminal schedule of dilapidations on behalf of the landlord. Our instruction included to liaise with the tenant’s appointed agent and to negotiate the dilapidations claim to an agreed conclusion.
The negotiations were frustrated by the presence of a poorly worded photographic schedule of condition appended to the lease agreement however, we were successful in meeting the clients’ expectations with regards the final agreed monetary settlement.
